The Jurisdictional executive board shall henceforth be comprised of the Jurisdictional Administrative Assistants and the Jurisdictional Bishop as the President. There shall be a person designated to personally manage vendor stands allowed during events at the Jurisdictional Headquarters. The Jurisdictional Prelate and report to the Commissioner of Finance or the Jurisdictional Bishop as directed shall appoint him.
